| The plenary notes are usually in the form of
PowerPoint presentations which can be either viewed on or downloaded
from this site. You will need PowerPoint or PowerPoint Viewer to
be able to open the presentations. Click

If you are using Windows XP (University Computer):
By clicking on "Plenary Notes" in the navigation bar
to the left, available notes will be listed. Left click on the desired
notes and then choose either "open" or "save"
from the dialogue box that appears...
- To view the presentation on this
website, choose "open"
- Use the scrollbar to go forward/back through the presentation.
You can close the window when you have finished viewing the
presentation by clicking the close symbol in the top right
hand corner of the browser window.
- To download and save the plenary
notes to your computer choose "save"
- You should then choose a destination folder for where you
would like to save the presentation.
If you are using Windows 2000
By clicking on "Plenary Notes" in the navigation bar
to the left, available notes will be listed. Depending on whether
you wish to view or download the notes, choose one of the following
options:
- To view the presentation
- Left click on the desired presentation. The presentation
will be shown in full screen mode. To move to the next slide,
simply click the mouse or use the forward arrow key. To go
back, use the back arrow key or right click the mouse and
choose one of the options listed. To exit the presentation,
press "Escape" (Esc).
- To download the presentation and
save the plenary notes to your computer
- Right click on the desired presentation. Choose "Save
target as". A dialogue box appears. Locate a folder (usually
My Documents) and save the file to that folder.
